Privacy policy

Who is responsible
This policy covers the Infinimol AI website. The controller is Infinimol AI GmbH, Achleitenstr. 2a, 82547 Eurasburg, Germany, represented by Dr. David Noel Ng. For privacy questions or requests, email info@infinimol.com.
Visiting this website
The website is hosted in Germany. To deliver it, our server processes the technical information your browser sends, including your IP address, the requested page, the time of the request, and browser information. Technical access logs may also be used to investigate errors or abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts and images are served with the website. This website does not set cookies or use advertising trackers.
Routine access logs are retained for up to seven days. If needed to investigate a specific security incident, relevant records may be kept until that investigation is complete.
Cookie-free analytics
We plan to use a self-hosted instance of Umami to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. Analytics is not yet enabled on this version of the website.
When enabled, Umami will record page visits, referring websites, browser and operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location. It uses no cookies. IP addresses are processed to derive approximate location and a hashed session identifier; Umami does not store the raw IP address in its analytics records. Analytics will be hosted in Germany on infrastructure we control, and retained for up to 90 days before deletion.
The intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving this website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. For information about the software, see the Umami documentation.
Contact and demo bookings
If you email us or book a demo, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond and arrange the conversation. Depending on your request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
The “Book demo” link opens Google Calendar. Google processes data when you visit that service under its privacy policy, which also explains international data transfers. You can contact us by email instead.
Recipients and retention
Hosting and communications providers may process data to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information. We keep enquiry and booking information while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and longer only where legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims require it.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Contact info@infinimol.com to exercise your rights. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
